DO WE NEED TO BRING OUR OWN EQUIPMENT?

All rooms are fully backlined. See "Gear" page for details. 

ARE WE ALLOWED TO SMOKE OR VAPE IN THE BUILDING?

There is absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed in the building. 

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING?

Yes, as long as you clean up after yourself. 

IS FOOD ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING?

Yes, as long as you clean up after yourself. 

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY BOOKING?

Payment is due upon arrival. We accept cash, cards and checks. 

IS GEAR AVAILABLE TO RENT?

Yes, we have extra gear available to rent out. Visit the "Contact" page for prices and information. 

CAN I BORROW GEAR FROM ANOTHER ROOM?

Absolutely not. If you need help with the gear in your room, ask an employee or call the main number for assistance. Taking gear from other studios without permission is prohibited. 

WHAT'S YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

The fee for cancellations within 24 hours is half your booking rate and within 4 hours or no-show is full rate. We waive cancellation fees in the event of extreme weather.  

WHEN DO YOU ACCEPT NEW BOOKINGS?

You can book as far ahead as you like but we will only reply to booking inquiries between 10am-10pm every day. 

DO YOU SELL REFRESHMENTS?

We sell a variety of snacks for 50 cents each and soda/bottled water for $1 each. 

WHAT ELSE DO YOU HAVE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

We also sell guitar picks, guitar/bass strings, batteries, 5A/5B drumsticks, ​and RocketSpace T-shirts. 

WHAT IF I FORGET MY GUITAR OR BASS?

We have a house guita & bass guitar that we can lend you for FREE on a first-come first-served basis. 

DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes. If you left something behind, text us with a description of the item. 

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?

Both locations are open for bookings 24/7. We only reply to booking inquiries between 10am-10pm. 

WHAT IS THE PARKING SITUATION?

Our Larimer St. location has 2-hour street parking Monday-Saturday with no time limits on Sundays. It is best to come early to secure parking in the evenings! Our Broadway location has 2-hour street parking as well as a free parking lot behind the building with 6 parking spots available. 

IS THERE WI-FI?

We provide free Wi-Fi at both locations. Ask an employee for login info. 

CAN WE DISPLAY SHOW POSTERS OR BUSINESS CARDS?

Absolutely! We have space at both locations for show posters, business cards, "band seeking" ads, etc... We will remove show posters the day after the show, as well as any irrelevent advertising.
