Our website needed updating so we purchased new web development software replacing our circa 2001 software. The new software will give us the flexibility to do more things along with being current web technology. You will be seeing changes and enhancements throughout the year.

LDRS will be held in Argonia, Kansas August 28 thru September 2. Several of our members are planning to attend. A few are working on special projects to fly at LDRS so be sure to cheer on our local rocketeers.. For more information on LDRS please click on the following link LDRS .

If you missed the club Christmas Party at Pat and Loretta Gordzelik's, you missed a good time. All the food was excellent and Pat even made a pot of his Polish Chil. Maybe this will become an annual event!!

Potrocs will be hosting the CANSAT competition again this year. Thecompetition will be held June 13th- June 15th. This annual competition allows teams from universities and high schools to design and build a space-type system, according to the specifications released by the competition organizing committee, and then compete against each at the end of two semesters to determine the winners. POTROCS will be moving to a consistent anniversary date for membership dues. Currently each member has a unique anniversary date which is a nightmare to track. The new anniversary date for everyone will be June of each year. More information about this will be posted as we approach June.
